Mindfulness
Do you pay regular visits to yourself?
Rumi
Mindfulness is being aware of one’s moment to moment experiences. This awareness is non-judgemental, compassionate and curious. Mindfulness can and is likely to have a positive impact on our lives. However, its essence is acceptance. When we accept “what is“ as it is “what is” transforms. When one accepts what is going on, one can start observing one’s inner experience as well as whatever is happening around. This observation creates a space between oneself and the experience. It is this space that enables a person to respond to life instead of reacting to life. In this workshop we will go over the theory of mindfulness, we will learn basic mindfulness meditation and we will learn how we can incorporate mindfulness in our daily lives. The invitation is to have a journey in one’s experience as if one is traveling in a beautiful exciting city…

Emotional First Aid
When our knee bleeds, we know what to do. We've known this for years, because we learned it at an early age. But many times, when our hearts break, when we fail, when we're anxious, or when we face a difficult life experience, we actually don't know what to do. In this workshop we will explore how we can approach such life experiences. Emotional first aid (EFA) is a skill set that helps people to support themselves and people around them when they encounter a difficult life experience. The core components of EFA are self-care, mindfulness and empathy. It also includes techniques and strategies to handle failure, anxiety, rejection and shame. Our intention is to support our well-being. The invitation is to learn how to use emotional first aid tools for ourselves and for people around us.

Boost the Immune System of Your Soul
The path your life takes depends on:
How you manage your challenges
How you protect your vulnerabilities
How you increase your resources
Resilience can be seen as the immune system of the soul. It is one’s ability and/or potential to come out of adversity stronger and brighter. It is associated with post traumatic growth as well as finding creative and inspirational ways of dealing with life’s challenges. Everybody is inherently resilient. Everybody can recall, activate and increase their resilience. In this workshop, we will learn a set of tools to enhance our resilience. The practices we'll learn will include: Gratitude practice, self-compassion practices, HEAL practice, and inner sanctuary practice.
During the workshop the cameras must be turned on.

The Artist's Way
The Artist's Way
Q: What is creativity?
A: The relationship between a human being and the mysteries of inspiration.
Elizabeth Gilbert
In her book “Artist’s Way” Julia Cameron generously shares the set of tools she developed to help herself as she was struggling in her creative processes. In various parts of the world many people run “Artist’ Way” groups and enter this creative journey together. In my workshop we meet weekly and go over the themes of the book. I will be actively having my creative Artist’s way process in this time period, too. We will do the book together. In our weekly gatherings we will meditate together, we will talk about the theme of the week and we will share our challenges and insights throughout the process. This is not a therapy group. Thus there will not be a lot of sharing of personal stories. The focus will be our creativity. You can see this group as people who witness, join, support and inspire each other as they unleash their creativity. If you feel stuck in your creative project or in your life or if you just want to add more creativity to your life this group is for you!
You can fill the form if you want to join the “Artist’s Way” workshop. I will let you know the dates.
Book Club
We meet monthly online to connect around inspiring books.
The first book in our book club is “Big Magic” by Elizabeth Gilbert. We will meet online as a group and have a conversation on creativity, flow and on how the book stimulated our minds and touched our hearts. My intention is to create a community interested in creativity, compassion, empathy and mindfulness. Thus the book selection will be inspired by these themes.
To join the book club you can email, call or fill out the form below.
