Psychotherapy
I work with adults. Sessions are online and last 60 minutes. My therapy is based on Carl Rogers’ person-centered approach. In my therapy sessions I offer a combination of person-centered therapy, person-centered art therapy, santray, mindfulness, guided imagery, and narrative therapy.
I offer a 20 minute free consultation call before we start working together. My intention in this call is to get an understanding of your reason to come to therapy and see if we are a good match. It is also a time when you can ask any questions related to the way I work. If we think that we are a good match and if the conditions are ok for you, we start working together.

Private Mindfulness Classes
“Do you pay regular visits to yourself?”

Private mindfulness classes are one way you can visit yourself. Mindfulness classes last 50 minutes. If it is your first encounter with mindfulness the first two classes usually involve theory and practice. Then classes include meditation and/or practice, sharing and a space where you can ask your questions. Classes are shaped based on what is going on in your life as well as on your needs and desires.
I do a 20 minute free consultation call. In this call my intention is to understand if my mindfulness class can be helpful or useful for you. It is also a time period when you can ask me any questions about my way of working.
