Suzi Amado
My name is Suzi Amado. I am a clinical psychologist and an expressive arts therapist. I believe that witnessing people's stories and supporting them is a privilege and a big responsibility. As a therapist I work with adults. The major difficulties I provide support for:

My main therapeutic approaches are person centered therapy and person centered art therapy.
I am also a mindfulness teacher. I give one to one mindfulness classes and run mindfulness groups. I teach mindfulness, emotional first aid, resilience and time management in corporate settings as well as in workshops.
